Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Turnaround

Each item lists its turnaround: the time before it ships or is ready for pickup. Pieces markedMade to order are crocheted after you order, so their turnaround is longer. Turnaround does not include time in transit.

Shipping cost

Each item has a shipping rate for the first item and a lower rate for each additional item in the same order. Your order pays the highest first-item rate once, plus the additional-item rate for everything else, so combining items saves on shipping. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay.

Local pickup

Local pickup in Plymouth, Minnesota is free. Choose Pick up in your cart. After you order, we will message you to arrange a time and share the pickup location. Some large pieces are pickup only; this is noted on the item.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right.
