Every piece is handmade, so small variations in color and stitching are part of its character.

Ready-made items

If you are not happy with a ready-made item, contact us within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Return it unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the item price once it arrives back with us. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.

Made-to-order and custom items

Made-to-order and custom pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or are not as described.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will repair, replace, or refund it, including shipping.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
